Orthopaedic Rehabilitation – Reduced mobility, function or confidence following:
Neurological Rehabilitation
Reconditioning – Reduced mobility, function or confidence following acute illness, fall or injury
Amputee
Subacute Medical Admissions
Infections: Non-complex infection requiring short term IV antibiotics (e.g., cellulitis, urinary tract infections, respiratory infections without significant oxygen requirement)
Wound Management: Including complex post-surgical wounds, diabetic and vascular ulcers, pressure injuries and VAC dressings – visiting Vascular Surgeon available for consultation
New Stoma management and education
Pain Management with support from visiting Pain Specialist
Requires in‑patient admission (Rehabilitation or Medical) and is medically assessed as stable for transfer.
